Celebrate the last golden hour of the year from 57 floors up at CÉ LA VI's iconic Sky Lounge. On December 31, dress in your retro best and join the sky bar's adults-only New Year's Eve "Glitter Disco" party, complete with 70s vibes, celebratory bottle packages and tasty dishes.
Your assignment: dress to impress – the brighter, the shinier, the better. And in line with the theme, CÉ LE VI is rolling out a selection of dance-themed packages, starting with the Discoholic ($690) that includes one Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, ten Hoegaarden bottles, a magnum bottle of Grey Goose and a selection of mixers; and Disco Luxe ($490) that includes two bottles of Zonin Special Cuvée, one Zonin Rosé, five Hoegaarden bottles and a range of spirits and mixers to choose from.
On the menu as well are contemporary Asian dishes from Bao by CÉ LA VI. Tuck into large sharing plates such as the cast-iron roasted Tuwinga Black Angus ribeye steak (S$78), or go for hearty mains like the grilled Wagyu beef burger ($26), Hokkaido scallop and oyster ceviche ($35) or black truffle 'sushi rice' risotto with parmesan emulsion ($54). End it on a sweet note with key lime pearls ($26), a vanilla almond cake with coconut crumble, key lime curd and margarita foam.
If you fancy a more formal sit-down, go for CÉ LA VI Restaurant's lavish New Year's Eve five-course dinner menu ($258). Meal highlights include the Triple Celebration, a Chef's selection of storm shell clam, scallop sashimi, and Fine de Claire oysters with laksa mayonnaise, grapefruit vinaigrette, yuzu soyu sabayon, seagrapes and caviar; Tuwinga Black Angus ribeye with parsnip kombucha puree, red wine glaze and onion jam; and a Champagne mousse with Champagne vanilla sorbet and grape compote.
