But if you're making your way up on Christmas Eve or day, pick from a brunch and dinner menu ($188). The former (from noon to 3pm) goes traditional with roast turkey and Black Angus striploin, while the latter is a six-course feast that amps up the luxe factor with Hokkaido scallop carpaccio, lobster capellini and grilled Greenland halibut.
