Cheesecake specialist Cat and the Fiddle has opened its first dine-in café at Woods Square, Woodlands. Beyond signature bakes from pastry chef Daniel Tay, the same cream cheese is also used to create a brand-new creation: Cheesy Soft Serve. The creamy-sweet frozen dessert is best enjoyed as is ($5.90), and even better when served atop crisp homemade waffles. Try the Milo Dinosaur ($12.90), showered in malty Milo powder; or opt for the Red Velvet ($12.90) with sizzles of maple syrup.
