Butter Bean

Butter Bean is the BreadTalk Group’s latest concept which seeks to put a fresh spin on the local Nanyang coffee experience. The new 45-seater space, located at Funan, features aromatic brews of BBrûlée Kopi Latte ($3.20) that comes with three layers of fresh milk, coffee, and salted cream foam; and the G.M. Kopi BBliss ($3.50) where coffee is blended with gula Melaka and fresh milk. There’s also the BB Rose ($3.50), inspired by the bandung drink, with rose water, rose jelly, and crowned with salted cream. And to pair with all the drinks, Butter Bean has eight jazzed-up thick toast (from $2) options to choose from, with toppings that range from peanut butter and jelly to butter cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
