The exuberant mood here is matched by the sheer amount of food. The salad bar – a large island filled with potatoes, rice, beans and every imaginable green – is a meal unto itself. But the marquee attractions are the passadors, who emerge from the kitchen with metal spikes carrying chicken, beef, pork, sausages, ham and roasted pineapple. Portions are limited only by your appetite.
