Established in 1985, Bali Nasi Lemak is owned by the sister of two other famous nasi lemak store bosses – Ponggol Nasi Lemak and Mt. Faber Nasi Lemak. This casual eatery in Geylang holds it own: the rice is rich and fluffy, and uniquely served with kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) fried chicken. Other side dishes include sambal petai, sotong fillet and sambal long beans.
