An audience at chef Yosuke Suga's by-appointment-only omakase in his culinary lab, SUGALABO in Tokyo, is, as you can imagine, incredibly hard to come by, but the House of Krug presents a way in. For $555, the Joél Robuchon alumni, who made his name helping the French master chef set up restaurants around the world, collaborates with Stellar at 1-Altitude's executive chef Christopher Millar to serve a six-course meal paired with complementary Krug bottlings. Diners in attendance will get to also preview the champagne house's newest cookbook, put together with recipes from 17 international Krug Ambassade chefs.
