Start your meal making a cocktail for your partner ($60/two cocktails) with the guidance of The Halia's bartender, then segue into the dining room for a couple's sharing menu. Dishes include confit duck liver with jalapeño compressed apple, plum and brioche, and wagyu served with paccalili garnish, kombu and Espelette butter ($300-$420/couple).
