The Wooloomooloo Group’s offering at VivoCity is a spacious 160-seat semi alfresco gastro-bar – we’re all familiar with their premium steaks and grilled meats (Wooloomooloo Steakhouse), and they’ve stuck to what they know best here.
Australian grass fed sirloin ($29) and USDA prime rib eye ($39) tempt alongside the mixed grill platter ($68), burgers – including The Chop House Fajitas, either chicken or beef ($26) – and a massive pork knuckle platter served with assorted sausages and coleslaw ($85) that's meant for sharing.
For something a little light, get the pasta. The menu doles out standard pasta fare like carbonara ($22), bolognaise ($23) and baby octupus aglio olio ($24).
