The space features black-and-white patterned wallpaper, a portrait of el matador in the entrance, Tom Dixon-designed chandeliers and a 5m-tiled mural of a Catalan anisette liqueur. French restaurateur Olivier Bendel – of L’Entrecôte fame – has done it again, this time moving from a Parisian bistro atmosphere and French fare to a straight-out-of-Spain tapas bar. There are more than 20 little dishes to choose from, all best enjoyed with a glass of sangria – red or white – in hand.
