Of its more popular offerings, try RAWC’s Cajun pork ribs ($20), BBQ pork ribs ($20) and hickory-smoked pork ribs ($20). The more taste-adventurous can look to the pork ribs finished with Marmite ($22), and Shiraz wine braised beef short ribs ($32) that can complement a sip of one of the 200 wine labels on offer at the restaurant.
