At this casual dining restaurant headed by chef Uto Kazuto, the spiciness level is indicated by the number of flame-shaped chilli sauce on your dish: one is ‘normal hot’ and five (the highest) is ‘monster hot’. There are 22 dishes on the menu, from the light and crispy three-piece shrimp tempura, individually cooked, to the monster combo curry (recommended for sharing), which has a bit of everything: pork, fish, shabu-shabu beef, shrimp and mozzarella cheese shavings.
