The latest addition to the much-hyped Pasarbella gourmet market at the Old Turf City is a Japanese-style shabu-shabu hotpot restaurant where customers can choose from three individual soup bases (mara, shabu and sukiyaki) to pair with a wide variety of fresh ingredients, such as organic vegetables (a first in Singapore, so they claim), locally-harvested seafood and top-grade Wagyu beef.
Lunch buffet $16.90-$21.90, dinner $18.90-$24.90.
