The Häagen-Dazs flagship in ION Orchard is South-East Asia’s first café to serve ice cream cocktails ($18) crafted by mixologist Ethan Leslie Leong of Maison Ikkoku. Get the best of alcohol and ice cream with vintage caramel (vodka and caramel liqueur meet salted caramel ice cream, crème d’Earl Grey containing gin), Belgian chocolate ice cream and premium whisky, or midsummer (a fruity blend of tequila, Cointreau and raspberry sorbet). With the help of friends, you may just be able to lick clean the Häagen-Dazs fondue ($45): 16 mini scoops of ice cream made more decadent with brownies and chocolate.
