The Tung Lok Group replaces MAD (their Modern Asian Diner collaboration with Dick Lee, which is moving to Jakarta) with this Cajun-inspired seafood concept, banking on a special blend of herbs and spices from Southern Louisiana the restaurant alleges it couldn’t open without. Taste its premium seafood offerings like Boston lobster ($9.50/100g) and Dungeness crab ($8.50/100g), or get acquainted with Creole cuisine with classics like po’boy sandwiches ($15) and seafood gumbo ($11). For a flavour closer to home, order a plate of moonshine prawns ($8/100g), flamed tableside and served with a wasabi katsuo, sweet wine chilli or lemon picked chilli sauces, mixed up by celeb chef Susur Lee.
