Modelled after the Brazilian churrascaria ('steakhouse'), this new branch of Carnivore – Carnivore Appetite at Marina Square's Dining Edition – serves up a juicy slice of Latin America in its selection of grilled items such as as beef rump, roasted striploin and honey ham at its lunch ($12.90 on weekdays, $19.90 on weekends) and dinner buffets ($24.00 on weekdays, $34.90 on weekends).
