Brussels Sprouts (CLOSED)

What is it about this Belgian bistro/bar that helps us unwind after a long day? The sunny yellow awning? The alfresco riverside seating? The chilled Belgian beers? Whatever the combination, it always feels like the equivalent of a long back rub at happy hour. Though Brussels Sprouts is known for its mussels, we’re a bit ashamed to admit that we order the Belgian fries (make sure not to use the ‘f’ word) with three kinds of dipping sauce every time. The Hunter sauce is delicious, especially when this salty side dish is paired with wheat beer. It’s also a great option if you’re running late to a play at the nearby Singapore Repertory Theatre, as the food and drinks go down quickly.
