In English, Ai Mien means 'love of noodes', and this new CBD hotspot does live up to its name with 16 dishes that showcase the best of China's regions: wheat-based noodle varieties from the north, and rice-based varieties from the south. Chef Cheung Wing Keung, who takes pride in using fresh ingredients and cooking his noodles al dente, has created three signature dishes, including chilled mien: shredded chicken, vegetables and egg, plus prawns and scallops, tossed together with a tangy peanut sauce. They also serve alcoholic drinks which you can sip while admiring the modern brown-and-beige interiors.
