Singapore's nightlife scene has got some fresh blood, and it's Drip Singapore. Billed as the country's largest underground club, Drip has two storeys worth of themed dancefloors for you to party the night away. It's conveniently located near Dhoby Ghaut MRT station too, somewhat hidden behind Concorde Shopping Mall.
Enter the club and you're immediately greeted by a neon popsicle-lit corridor. This leads to the Drips Main Room, a cavernous space tiled like the bottom of a swimming pool. There's even an actual pool (sans water) tucked in the far corner, where you can sit for a drink or dance inside. This floor's for the Top 40 EDM lovers – jump in front of the DJ decks or shout along to your radio hits from one of the many tables (assuming you reserved one).
The cool kids can head straight down to the Salt Room. Here's where you can bump and grind to hip hop tunes – and in the future, more experimental tracks. This room feels more intimate, with its crowning jewel a massive 600kg Albert Einstein statue by the small bar.
The crowd here skews young, so the energy on the dancefloor is unbridled and frenetic. It's the perfect place for enthusiastic party-goers to let loose and score some fantastic Insta-worthy shots while you're at it. And if you haven't imbibed beforehand, or are keen to top yourself up, house pours start at $20.
Drip Singapore is open from 9pm to 3am on Fridays, and 9pm to 4am on Saturdays. Entry costs $32.50 on Eventbrite and $40 at the door. To make reservations, simply call +65 8032 6226 or stay updated with all the club's happenings on Instagram.
