Blackout Agency Asia has been knocking it out of the park with close to nine years of pop-up parties, pulling fantastic DJs from the regional and international scene to our little red dot. On October 28, it's celebrating its ninth anniversary with a party at Haw Par Villa (how fitting for the Halloween weekend), and the headliner? None other than Midland from UK. This legendary talent was awarded BBC Radio 1's Essential Mix of the Year in 2016 and was the creator of Fabriclive 94 and has toured venues and festivals like Fabric (London), Berghain (Germany), Glastonbury, Dekmantal, and Lowlands. Now, he's here with local DJs Shigeki, Meraki Soul, Amber & Emma in a celebration of Singapore's growing underground party scene.
