After slipping to second place last year, Singapore Changi Airport has once again been named the World’s Best Airport in the 2025 Skytrax World Airport Awards – reclaiming the title for a record 13th time. This comes as little surprise, as the airport is famously known for its stunning architecture, top-tier dining options and high-end retail experiences.
In second place is last year’s winner, Hamad International Airport, while Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) comes in third.

Changi Airport also picked up three other wins: World’s Best Airport Dining, Best Airport Washrooms and Best Airport in Asia. Crowne Plaza Changi Airport at Changi Airport Terminal 3 was also crowned the World’s Best Airport Hotel.
The Skytrax World Airport Awards is based on a global survey conducted from August 2024 to February 2025, gathering feedback from over 13 million travellers across more than 100 countries. Respondents are asked to rate their experiences across areas, including ease of check-in, cleanliness of the airport, friendliness of airport staff, security and safety standards, lost luggage services and prices in F&B establishments.
