Good news – Singaporeans can soon venture out of their homes with Phase 2 happening this Friday (June 19). But for those looking to play it safe and skip the crowds, there’s still an easy way for you to get your shopping done without leaving the house. CapitaLand has launched two new online platforms: eCapitaland, an e-commerce site, and digital food ordering service Capita3Eats.
Both platforms are created to help boost sales for retailers, during and even beyond Phase 1.
Capita3Eats is said to be Singapore’s first mall-operated food ordering platform, and users can choose from options of delivery, takeaway, and even dine-in. Look forward to options across various CapitaLand malls, including the famed Afuri at Funan, Harry’s at Clarke Quay, and An Acai Affair from Westgate. For now, only delivery and in-store pick-ups are available. More details on its reservation function for dine-ins will soon be released in the third quarter of 2020.
On the other hand, think of eCapitaMall as a digital mall. The online platform features various retailers, with the majority of them operating within CapitaLand malls. Browse and shop across multiple categories, including fashion, electronics, beauty products, and even furniture, and have your desired items shipped straight to your doorstep. Scheduling in-store collection will also be rolled out in the coming third quarter of 2020.
And if you’re a CapitaStar member, transactions on both platforms are eligible for reward points. Usage of eCapitaVoucher, the malls’ digital vouchers, will also be made available soon. To start shopping, visit eCapitaMall or Capita3Eats.
