Yes, you read that right – Singapore is getting yet another Shake Shack store. This time, the famous burger chain is moving away from the city, and heading down south to VivoCity.
The store, located on the first floor of the shopping mall, will boast waterfront views of the Harbourfront neighbourhood. Soak in views of the nearby Sentosa island as you chow down on its famed juicy stacks. Thankfully, there’s no need to wait long for the opening of this scenic outpost – the brand has shared that doors will open “this winter” in the coming months.

To decorate the walls of the restaurant, Shake Shack has enlisted the help of local illustrator, Soh Ee Shaun. Seeking inspiration from the neighbouring Telok Blangah and Mount Faber area, he transforms scenes of cable cars and the Henderson Waves into abstract, colourful murals. For now, you can sneak a peek of his artwork via the hoardings that are up.
The VivoCity outlet will also be the fifth one to join the Shake Shack Singapore family. Other outlets include the latest at Suntec City, as well as Orchard Road, Neil Road, and Jewel.
