From the highly-anticipated Christmas Wonderland 2024 to the Disney Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy, nowhere else in Singapore celebrates the festive season like Gardens by the Bay. With a new Christmas Train Show set to debut on December 2, Gardens by the Bay continues to prove why it's the place to be this holiday season.

The new floral showcase, which will be here until January 5, 2025, is inspired by the New York Botanical Garden’s Holiday Train Show, which pays homage to the beloved American tradition of building model railroads under Christmas trees for the holidays. Similarly, you’ll find elaborate model railways and landscapes of the Big Apple spanning across the Flower Dome.

Watch as charming model trains chug past highly-detailed, miniature versions of iconic American landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Grand Central Terminal, the Empire State Building, and more. Some of these miniature landmarks are the real deal: crafted from real plants, they’re loaned from the New York Botanical Garden and the United States Botanic Garden.

You’ll also get the chance to board a 1950s Swedish railbus carriage with its iconic yellow-orange finish and rounded front. Inside, get an up-close view of authentic Swedish artefacts on loan from the Swedish Railway Museum, like a wood-carved Dala moose and gnome-like Nisse.

P.S. Be there on December 14 and 15 because Santa’s coming to town and he’s ready for photos.
