Odette’s list of shiny accolades is probably as long as its waiting list. This fine-dining French restaurant is one of only two three-Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore, and also recently placed first in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2020.
Sample award-winning dishes cooked up by chef Julien Royer and his team with its new ‘Odette At Home’ experience. Choose from the curated menu – which features both iconic creations and seasonal plates – to personalise a multi-course Odette experience right at your own dinner table.
Start with the Odette Beetroot ‘Collection’ ($38), where heirloom beetroots are served alongside burrata cheese, pomegranate, and floral-tinged honey; or sample white asparagus ($48) from Loire Valley with buckwheat blinis finished with crème aigrelette.
Mains include a milk-fed Axuria lamb saddle ($168 for two), with crushed potatoes and niçoise olives, as well as the Kampot pepper pigeon ($98), served with poultry jus and Le Puy lentils. The Pithiviers ‘Grande Cuisine’ ($198 for two) – a puff pastry dish filled with stuffings of pigeon, foie gras, and poulet de Bresse – also makes a return to the menu. To ensure maximum enjoyment, the food comes packed separately (sauce, sides, and all) and each dish comes with clear re-heating instructions on how to put together your meal.
To round everything off, snack on a trio of tartlets ($38) topped with Jivara chocolate, yuzu ‘blanc manger’, and Korean strawberries, or get some of its twice-baked canelés ($28 for nine pieces) best enjoyed with a cup of tea.
Odette At Home is available for takeaway from noon to 8pm daily. Orders should be placed 12 hours in advance via its website, or by emailing the restaurant at enquiry@odetterestaurant.com. To pick up your order, head to (or drive through) the Coleman Street entrance of the National Gallery where a staff member will hand the food over to you.
