It doesn’t matter what season of life you’re in, a break is always welcome. Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation, there are many hotels in Singapore you can consider for a staycation, including the new Raffles Sentosa Singapore.

Set to open on March 1, 2025, Raffles Sentosa Singapore is the first all-villa property in Singapore. As its name suggests, the hotel is situated on Sentosa Island, set on a hilltop amongst the lush greenery. This resort is launched by the very same folks behind the iconic Raffles Singapore hotel, so guests can expect the same top-tier amenities and service here. But unlike Raffles Singapore, known for its classic colonial-era architecture, this new resort focuses on the natural landscape with contemporary designs that give a modern flair.

Raffles Sentosa Singapore has a total of 62 villas, including one-bedroom pool villas that are great for couples and four-bedroom villas which are ideal for large families. Bring your swimwear as every villa has its own  private pool and outdoor terrace. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide clear views of the surrounding greenery and South China Sea, so you can bask in the serene naturescape and fully destress. There’s also direct access to Tanjong Beach if you need some sand and salt water in your life. Those who’ve stayed at Raffles Singapore will be familiar with the well-loved Raffles Butler service, and this new resort is no exception with its dedicated team of staff ready at your beck and call.

It’s tempting to just stay in your villa and chill all day, but don’t miss out on the other facilities at the resort. But those looking to explore the resort can swing by the spa with 13 treatment rooms for wellness services. Should wedding bells be ringing for you in the near future, the resort also has two large ballrooms that can accommodate up to 400 guests.

Five restaurants serving various cuisines await your grumbling stomachs, so prep your taste buds for a trip around the world. Choose from a diverse selection of international cuisines, from Italian food at Empire Grill to Japanese omakase at Hashida. The Raffles Room is where you’ll find the signature Raffles Afternoon Tea. Or, visit the Chairman’s Room for a tipple or two with whiskies, cognacs and wines for your selection.
