In case you missed the news, HydroDash closed in 2024 due to the oil spillage surrounding Palawan Beach. But beachgoers don’t have to wait any longer, as Singapore’s only floating aqua park reopens on February 14, 2025 – just in time for Valentine’s Day, if you’re on the hunt for unique and fun date ideas.

Grab your swimwear and sunblock and make your way over to The Palawan @ Sentosa. The newly revamped floating obstacle is a big boy, spanning 60-metre by 61-metre, with 12 new features to the course. In total, you’ll have over 30 obstacles to slip and slide around.
One thrilling addition you shouldn’t miss is The Mountain. As its name suggests, this four-metre-tall inflatable will have you climbing to its peak, and whizzing down various slides. Go for the steeper slide if you’re a thrill seeker; younger ones can slide down the gentler slope for a calmer ride.

The Zig Zag obstacle is where you can flaunt your speed and agility. Challenge your friends and see who can clear this obstacle fastest without flopping into the sea. Conquer the Dip Bars, where the only way across is by gripping the inflatable parallel bars and moving on your hands. If you still aren’t knackered, check out the Target Jump – there’s a target hole for you to leap through and cannonball into the waters.
How much do HydroDash tickets cost?
Tickets are priced at $30 for one hour and $50 for two hours. HydroDash offers a $2 weather insurance, where you’ll get a one-time reschedule if your session is cancelled due to lightning.
Is there an age limit for HydroDash?
Participants have to be aged 6 and above, and 6-year-old children need to be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to know how to swim for HydroDash?
Buoyancy aids are provided for free and all participants are required to keep them on throughout the session. That being said, you are required to swim a short distance of 20m to reach the course, with a life jacket on, so those who can’t swim may enquire for assistance from the staff if needed.
What can I wear to HydroDash?
Proper swimming attire such as swimsuits, board shorts, and rash vests are allowed. No jeans and traditional attire are allowed for safety reasons. If you’ve got jewellery like watches, remember to remove them prior to your session.
