But thanks to virtual tours, you can still have a sneak peek by tuning in online. Now, you can explore an African safari game drive, brought to you by luxury travel company andBeyond and wildlife broadcasting experts WildEarth. 

The two companies have come together to stream twice daily, personalised game drives that you can view from the comfort of your home. Join two live safaris a day, each of which will last approximately three hours. These will be streamed in real-time from two renowned South African game reserves, andBeyond Ngala Private Game Reserve and Djuma Private Game Reserve. Take in the sights and sounds of the African wilderness as they unfold.

You'll be able to interact with your safari host and have your questions answered in real-time – like you were actually with him/her on the game drive vehicle. If you have young ones, here's good news: the first 45 minutes of each afternoon drive will be dedicated to young wildlife fans. So get them asking questions about everything they want to know about African wildlife. It's a brilliant learning opportunity for the curious ones.

To watch andBeyond's WILDwatch live broadcasts, there are two different options:

Embark on a three-hour-long game drive from Ngala Private Game Reserve and Djuma Private Game Reserve from noon-3pm and 9.30pm-12.30pm.
