With just weeks to go until 2025, now's the time to decide where you'll ring in the new year. Sure, the city has plenty of glitzy New Year’s Eve parties and events, with plenty of free-flow bubbly and endless dancing. But if family-friendly fun is what you’re after, there’s no better place to be than at Mediacorp’s Let’s Celebrate 2025 countdown show – now at an all-new location at the Singapore Sports Hub’s OCBC Square.

Best of all, the show is free entry and free-standing – no purchase of tickets necessary. That means you’ll want to be there early to snag front-row views of the epic live performances by popular local artistes. There’ll also be lots of fun activities along the Stadium Riverside Walk from 5pm onwards. Topping off the countdown show is a stunning 15-minute fireworks display at the stroke of midnight – the longest single New Year’s Eve light show in Singapore.

Where and when is the Let’s Celebrate 2025 countdown held?

Let’s Celebrate 2025 will be held on December 31 from 5pm onwards at the spacious open-air OCBC Square at Singapore Sports Hub, located at Kallang. The previous years’ countdown celebrations were held at The Promontory at Marina Bay, so it’ll be a fresh new experience for all present.

Must I pay to watch the countdown show and fireworks?

Admission to the countdown show is free and it will be a free-standing event throughout, so head down early to secure the best spots to catch all the action live. There will also be open-air satellite screening sites at Stadium Roar and the Water Sports Centre where you can watch the show if the main area becomes too packed.

Countdown fireworks at Let's Celebrate 2025

Ring in 2025 with a stunning 15-minute fireworks display at the stroke of midnight – the longest single New Year’s Eve light show in the city. Plus, keep your eyes peeled for the stunning LED display on the roof of the National Stadium, curated to light up in sync with the fireworks show for an extra touch of dazzle.

What pre-show highlights can we expect?

Start the evening on a high note by grabbing a fun balloon sculpture or getting decked out in creative UV face art, glitter tattoos or decorative gemsalong the Stadium Riverside Walk. Head over to The Neon Playground for a glow-in-the-dark adventure, where LED-lit swings and seesaws guarantee a cool photo-worthy experience. Amping up the excitement are lively street acts featuring versatile juggling comedian Mr Bee, local percussion group Bloco Singapura, bubble artist CJ Bubble Girl, fire twirlers and a street magician.

Who will be performing at this New Year’s countdown show?

The countdown show hosted by Joakim Gomez and Munah Bagharib will feature an exciting lineup of Singapore’s top homegrown talents. There’ll be electrifying performances by ALYPH, Estelle Fly, Gareth Fernandez, Iman Fandi, Tabitha Nauser, and more. The energy will be kept high all night thanks to fun musical renditions by Taufik Batisah, ShiGGa Shay, and Tasha Low. Rising star Regina Song will also belt out her viral hit ‘the cutest pair’, the song that catapulted her into stardom.

How to watch the countdown show online or on live TV? 

Fret not if you can’t attend the celebrations in person – the countdown show is also available live online on mewatch, Mediacorp Entertainment on YouTube, and Mediacorp’s TikTok from 10pm. To catch the show live on TV, switch to Channel 5 from 11pm to 12.15am.
