If you’re an avid secondhand shopper, it’s most likely that 2nd Street is already on your radar. The well-loved secondhand store, which debuted in Japan in 1996, now boasts 700 locations across the country and 900 worldwide. And soon, you won’t need a plane ticket or train ride to pay them a visit anymore because 2nd Street is set to open right here in Singapore, at the basement of 313 Somerset (#B1-23 to 24). The store is moving into Pomelo’s former space, which is quite a sizeable area. We’re not sure exactly when just yet, but boy are we excited.

If you love a good bargain hunt, this secondhand store is your playground. Score pre-loved gems from a wide variety of brands such as Chanel, Bottega, Porter, Nike, and New Balance at wallet-friendly prices. You name it, they’ve probably got it – from apparel to accessories, musical instruments, and even toys.

Apart from shopping for cheap apparel, you can also trade in your unwanted goods for instant cash – simply bring your ID and items to the counter for a quick price assessment.

More information has yet to be released, so follow them on Instagram here, and stay tuned for more updates.
