Have you gone on a nature trail recently? Or had a picnic in the park? Each month, we get our readers to share their favourite experiences in the city by hashtagging their Instagram posts with #timeoutsg or #timeoutsingapore for a chance to be featured on our magazine. This month, our readers snap their favourite places to enjoy the great outdoors. Here are our March picks:

1. MacRitchie Nature Trail by Nivedana Jalan (@_theweekendexplorer)

All of Singapore isn't a concrete jungle! After all, almost one fourth of its land is forest area🌳 . . One of the many nature reserves of Singapore is the McRitchie Reservoir Park, which surrounds the oldest reservoir of the city. It has numerous hiking trails, unusual flora, monkeys, monitor lizards, flying lemurs, and even a 250m long suspension bridge connecting 2 hills and overlooking a canopy of trees, which is where I took this photo from! . . What a fun way to spend the day! . . #singapore #mcritchie #mcritchiereservoirpark #upperpiercereservoir #canopywalk #treetop #suspensionbridge #expatlivingsg #tlasia #starjourneys #lonelyplanetindia #telltnlindia #tripotocommunity #parksofsg #nature #hike #rainforest #theweekendexplorer #withgalaxy #timeoutsg #singaporeair #tslfeatures #lpmi #visitsingapore #destinasian
