Chateraise is well-loved among Singaporeans for its range of Japanese pastries and sweet treats – you might have seen its signature strawberry shortcake grace the table on many special occasions. This year, the brand marks not only its 70th anniversary, but also the opening of its 1000th store. And to celebrate the occasion, it is launching a free-flow dessert buffet at Chateraise Premium Yatsudoki Millenia Walk, starting today.

It will be the first time Chateraise is introducing a dessert buffet in Singapore. At an affordable price of $20 per person, you can help yourself to as many servings of desserts as you can stomach in 90 minutes, from strawberry fresh cream cakes, to mixed fruit cakes, the Chateraise longevity ring, bonbon macarons, crêpe cakes and more. The young ones are not left out either – children 15 and under dine for $10 while those under five dine for $5.

The bakery is also unveiling a limited-edition cantaloupe dessert range for this season, available from now till August 25. Fresh and ripe cantaloupes – a popular summer fruit in Japan – are harvested and flown into Singapore every 48 hours, and then incorporated into desserts like cakes, tarts, cream puffs and more.

While the cantaloupe cake ($5.90), square cake ($5.90), rare cheesecake ($5.80), souffle cheesecake ($29), crêpe cake ($47) and luxury cake ($30) are available across all outlets, some items like the cantaloupe shortcake ($10.50), French cream cheese tart ($7.30), and cream puff ($6.20) will be exclusively sold at Chateraise Premium Yatsudoki outlets.

Chateraise Premium Yatsudoki Millenia Walk is open daily from 10am to 10pm at 01-93, Millenia Walk, Singapore 039596.
