Learn how to cook or make a cocktail with some of Singapore’s top chefs and bartenders. Airbnb has recently launched its Online Experiences platform in Singapore and it includes a curated collection of interactive cooking lessons with some of the city’s culinary champions.

Whip up Yeye crab curry with chef Malcolm Lee of one-Michelin-starred Candlenut, a restaurant specialising in Peranakan cuisine. There’s also a lesson by chef Rishi Naleendra, the brains behind Cloudstreet and Cheek Bistro.

If you’re more interested in the art of cocktail making, then don’t miss the mixology classes hosted by the likes of IB HQ’s Kamil Foltan and Zurina Bryant and other bar stalwarts. The Classic Cocktails with a Touch of Singapore is one to keep your eye on, with a “Pandan Valley” cocktail inspired by the flavours of the humble nasi lemak.

All you have to do is book a date, and Airbnb will send you a video call link and list of ingredients to purchase before your cooking lesson. Meet your chef and instructor for the day to cook up local-inspired dishes and drinks.

To broaden your horizons further, Online Experiences also offers cooking experiences with international culinary masters like David Chang, Cristina Bowerman and Ed Lee. Discover the flavours of Southern Italian dishes, seasonal French cuisine and modern Mexican plates, all without leaving your couch.

Check out the full list of classes here and book your Airbnb Online Experience.
