Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy! To say we’re stoked for the first Disney Adventure cruise sailing from Singapore is an understatement. Though the ship is only making its maiden voyage on an unspecified date in 2025, we’re already bubbling with excitement for what’s to come – and the recent unveiling of the Disney Imagination Garden zone is further fuelling that anticipation.

The Disney Imagination Garden is one of the seven themed areas aboard the Disney Adventure cruise. This open-air deck is said to be the “central hub” of the ship, designed as an enchanted valley set against the backdrop of a three-deck-tall fairytale castle mural – much like a 2D version of the castles you’d find at Disney’s various theme parks. In front of the castle is a garden courtyard, where a statue of Mickey Mouse in Fantasia stands in the middle, flanked by perfectly manicured garden plants.

The rest of the space is styled like a pop-up storybook, with nature-themed elements that look like paper cut-outs to mimic the idea of a fairytale come to life. You’ll also spot your favourite Disney, Pixar, and Marvel characters here and there.

But this magical landscape isn’t just for show – the sprawling area will be home to a Garden Stage for live performances and character mascot appearances. One confirmed show to look forward to is Avengers Assemble! featuring thrilling stunts by Marvel superheroes as they battle against evil.

There will also be two immersive dining concepts in the Disney Imagination Garden – and diners who opt for patio seats will be able to catch a good eyeful of the performances at the stage.

Mowgli’s Eatery, themed after The Jungle Book, will serve Indian cuisine with a cute Disney twist. On the other hand, Gramma Tala’s Kitchen, inspired by Moana, will have tropical decor with a fusion menu of Asian and Pacific flavours.

Seven themed zones aboard the Disney Adventure cruise sailing from Singapore:

  1. Disney Imagination Garden
  2. Disney Discovery Reef
  3. San Fransokyo Street
  4. Wayfinder Bay
  5. Town Square
  6. Marvel Landing
  7. Toy Story Place.

More details will be announced in due time. Meanwhile, find out more about accommodation options, dining venues, and more aboard the Disney Adventure cruise with our handy FAQ guide. You can also stay updated via Disney Cruise Line’s Instagram page.
