The Disney Cruise in Singapore dropped anchor in December 2024, offering seven themed zones for visitors to dive into. But Disney adults, hold your Mickey ears because brand new experiences have just been announced, including several exciting firsts such as character appearances from Duffy and Friends.
For those who missed the memo – Singapore Tourism Board and Disney Cruise Line have struck a five-year deal, making Singapore the homeport for the Disney Adventure cruise ship – their first return to Southeast Asia since 1998. Setting sail from Marina Bay Cruise Centre in 2025, this floating wonderland will carry around 6,700 passengers and 2,500 crew members.
Kicking things off is the Marvel Style Studio where visitors will actually get to be their favourite superheroes. Step into the shoes (or capes) of your favorite superheroes. With a range of styling packages, you can channel the power of Iron Man, swing in as Spider-Man, or rock Thor’s legendary look.
The makeover continues at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, where Fairy Godmother’s Apprentices work their charm on little royals aged three to 12. From valiant knights to beloved Disney princesses, kids can step into their storybook dreams – complete with a private photo session to capture the experience forever.
And there’s more for the kids – head to a royal tea party with favourite Disney princesses, where you’ll be served delicious treats and enjoy a session of wholesome storytelling and whimsical music.
The lineup of new experiences also welcomes the debut of Duffy and Friends. Expect a new stage show titled Duffy and The Friend Ship, featuring new tracks where Duffy and his crew embark on an adventure out at sea, heartwarming meet-and-greets at the Duffy and Friends shop, and an interactive Discovery Quest that lets you join in on the fun.
Simply purchase a discovery guide at the shop, follow the clues to help Duffy and friends track down their missing items across the Disney Adventure, and return to claim a special commemorative gift once it’s completed.
Lastly, grab your pirate gear and join Captain Jack Sparrow on a quest to defeat a giant squid at the open-air Garden Stage in Disney Imagination Garden.
