How do I participate in Waterbomb’s water fighting game?

First, you’ll need to exchange your QR tickets for wristbands that will indicate your team (blue or orange) for the festival. You can do so ahead of time at UOB Plaza Atrium on August 18. Don’t forget to pick up your free team towels, while stocks last, as well as beer vouchers. You’ll be able to choose your preferred teams on a first-come-first-serve basis. For those who are unable to collect your wristbands before the event, no worries, you will be able to do so on-site during the event day too.

Once you’re done with that, purchase your very own official Waterbomb water gun and you’re all set.

Can I bring my own water guns?

No, only Waterbomb’s official water guns are allowed. However, if you have water guns from other Waterbomb festivals, you’ll be able to bring those too.

What should I wear to Waterbomb Singapore 2024?

There are no strict rules as to what you can or cannot wear to Waterbomb Singapore. But we highly recommend decking out in waterproof clothing such as swimwear or wetsuits, or something that you’re comfortable getting drenched in. The floor may be slippery too due to the nature of the festival, so do avoid wearing heels or flip flops as this may lead to accidents. We suggest wearing waterproof sneakers or sandals instead. Do note that there will not be any changing rooms within the festival grounds, so do get changed before entering the venue.

You can also bring ‘protective gear’ such as goggles or ponchos which may come in handy during the ‘water fighting’ games. Extra towels and a change of clothes will be useful too. Potentially, electronic devices might get wet too. If you want to protect your phones, we strongly suggest keeping them in waterproof cases or pouches.

What items cannot be brought into the venue?

You will not be able to bring tents and umbrellas into the venue due to safety and sightline concerns. Any forms of liquid, camping equipment, large bags, glass wares, sound equipments, professional/aerial photography gears are also not allowed.

Is re-entry allowed?

Re-entry is not allowed.

What are the possible modes of transport after the festival ends?

There will be shuttle bus and private car transfer services for attendees after the festival ends. The shuttle bus will take attendees to three stations: Serangoon MRT, Tampines MRT, and Jurong East MRT, while the private car transfer service will be able to take attendees to one desired drop-off point. Prices will be determined depending on the number of passengers per ride. For each extra drop-off point within 8km, passengers will need to fork out an additional $15. Both services can be booked in advance here

UOB Cardmembers who purchased tickets from June 14 to July 7 will be able to enjoy a complimentary shuttle ride.

We highly recommend booking your rides via the KKday app for extra discounts – one-day pass holders can check out using the promo code to enjoy one free shuttle bus ride; 2-day pass holders can check out with the promo code to enjoy two free shuttle bus rides. If not, use the code to enjoy $5 off your private car ride home, or $1 off your shuttle bus service.
