Love Is In The Air

Robert and Clara Schumann are perhaps the most legendary couple in the history of Romantic classical music. This Valentine’s Day, immerse in the deep love between these two musical greats through their music, performed on strings and piano by members of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra. They will perform the exquisite Piano Trio in G minor, Op. 17, composed by Clara Schumann while enduring the hardship of her beloved husband’s illness, and the vigorous Piano Quintet in E-flat Major, Op. 44, which Schumann dedicated to his wife.
