Time Out says

This narrow rounded building is wedged on the tip of a U-shaped corner at the junction of Selegie Road and Prinsep Street. The iconic building – a three-storey shophouse with louvred windows – survived demolition in the 90s and is now managed under the National Arts Council's Arts Housing Scheme as part of the Waterloo Street Arts Belt.
