If you’re looking for ways to nurture your little ones’ imagination and creativity, a visit to Kaboodle will leave you pleasantly surprised. The spacious indoor playground located within Katong Square is filled with large blue foam blocks from Imagination Playground – a brand conceived by award-winning American architect, David Rockwell – encouraging children (aged 1 to 12) to create anything they want with little to no guidance.
Beyond having a great time creating structures, playing with these waterproof foam blocks of different shapes and sizes will also help children develop cognitive and social skills. The best thing? There are no rules and no right or wrong way to play and create – kids are encouraged to go wild, have fun and let their creative juices flow.
For those with toddlers and younger kids, there is a Sensory Play area located by the entrance of Kaboodle, where the little ones can play with items of varying textures like handmade play dough, dried pasta, puzzles and other table-top toys.
Admission fees start from $15 per child and $10 per adult, but it's $10 for everyone on Mondays.
