This June, children run the world! The National Heritage Board is back again with Children Season – an annual event that promotes museum exploration not just for art enthusiasts but families as well. With this year's theme of Hopes and Dreams, children are invited to discover various professions and explore their aspirations for the future. This engaging event encourages children to envision who they want to become as they explore different occupations.
So pack your bags and go art-exploring with your kid at several family-friendly activities across the island – learn how to preserve art at Singapore Art Museum (SAM), build and launch a rocket at the Science Centre, explore a different culture at the Peranakan Museum, try beach tufting at Fort Siloso, and more. Find the full list of programmes here and more information on comic art workshops here.
