It’s just a short walk from the beach and is surrounded by all the lush greenery that you’re never far from in Singapore. Just a 25-minute drive from the airport and a short stroll away from Changi Beach Park, the location of Village Hotel offers the best of both worlds. This a large establishment features an eighth-floor infinity pool and hot tub that offer views across the South China Sea. Their new reataurant The Blue Tiffin offers traditional Chinese dishes with a modern twist.

Moving away from the Changi coast and inwards towards the city, Changi Business Park makes for a good alternative for business travellers looking to stay close to the airport. Park Avenue Changi has contemporary rooms fitted with iPod docking stations, free Wi-Fi access and is five minutes away from Singapore EXPO Convention and Exhibition Centre. Changi City Point shopping mall is also located right next door and Changi Airport is a direct train ride away. There's also a luxe-looking rooftop pool to visit if you've got time for a swim.

The mood? As homely as it gets for Singapore. 
Budget range? Conveniently low-cost. 

Another hotel located in the heart of Changi Business Park is the upscale Capri by Fraser, which is a five-minute drive to the airport via its free shuttle or a direct MRT ride away.
