This pet hotel along Joo Chiat Road easily stands out from the crowd. For one, it’s housed in a pre-war conservation house that’s a delightfully pastel Tiffany blue: entirely befitting of its name – Breakfast at Fluffy’s.
For a dog boarding and grooming hotel, it’s all very grand.
It’s a mere 1,300 square feet so you’ll immediately notice that everything has been thoughtfully designed for the pup who likes to lounge in style. Instead of worn-out beds or worse, the cold, hard floor, this luxe boarding place isn’t one to stinge. Victorian armchairs and upholstered chaise lounges are what these pampered pups are used to. It’s also a pet hotel that prides itself on being cageless. When they’ve got a quote by Audrey Hepburn proudly proclaimed on their page, “I am a free spirit. I am not going to let anyone put me in a cage” – you know it’s one where your doggos will be running freely about.
On top of having round-the-clock care and a webcam so anxious pet parents can check in at all times, there are also ready check-ins with owner Elaine. Unlike many sterile dog boarding places, Elaine is one who cares about your pet’s wellbeing. There is also a 24-hour concierge service, meaning that Breakfast at Fluffy’s accepts early and late check-ins and check-outs – all depending on the time that suits you.
Boarding starts from $75 per night for a small pet, and comes with a complimentary basic grooming session every seven days and two walks a day. Breakfast at Fluffy’s also offers daycare (from $28 for four hours) and grooming (from $25 for a shower).
