The Ice Bath Club

This one’s not for the faint of heart. As the name suggests, The Ice Bath Club is a social club with ice baths, a sauna, and a magnesium hot bath. Grab your partner’s hand – you’ll need the moral support, trust us – and plunge yourself into the ice baths – one is kept between 3°C and 6°C, while the other is slightly warmer at 8°C to 12°C.
