This is a local supper with a modern point of view. Chef Jeremy Nguee (Preparazzi, Bazuka Yakibuta), Red Baron cafe, bottled cocktail makers Sunday Punch, The Secret Mermaid, and more, come together to turn quinoa into nasi goreng, milo peng into a craft cocktail, and roll chicken rice ingredients into a roulade at this pop-up kopitiam put together by Kueh Kakis on rooftop of the National Design Centre.
Organised as part of the Singapore Night Festival, entry is free, but dishes are priced from $6.
