Turkish Cuisine at Carousel

Carousel brings back its Turkish buffet to the table once again, with chef Ahmet Akpinar exercising his culinary chops in Mediterranean, Black Sea region and Ottoman cuisine. Expect dishes such as meat kebab marinated in spices and couscous dumpling stuffed with minced lamb.
