Kicking off a series of conversations about Singapore are Bjorn Shen of Artichoke and Michelle Lai, the former forager at Edible Gardens who's now taken on the role of events manager at garden-to-table restaurant, Open Farm Community. The symposium, put together by Norman Teh and Shanyan Yin, aims to spark conversations on the topics of dining, the transformation of the personal kitchen, pop-ups and how we'll eat in the future.
