The Marina Bay Sands' revamped, 55th floor lounge transfroms into a cheese and chocolate bar after dark. To celebrate its launch, a rare Black Ivory (read: elephant 'processed') coffee ($60/two persons) will be available for the first time in Singapore.
The cheese and chocolate offering ($48/person) includes a spread of fancied up sweets including milk chocolate blue cheese cream with thyme foam stacked dessert or Valrhona 66-percent Alpaco dark chocolate mousse with vanilla-infused virgin olive oil. Guests can also pay a $19 supplement for a paired, or select three glasses for an extra $27.
Access to the lounge is open to Marina Bay Sands' Club, Grand Club and Suite guests daily from 6.30am-7pm, and the public can take in the picturesque views and desserts from 8pm-midnight daily.
