This Maccanese quick-service restaurant chain debuts its signature pork chop bun ($6.90) – lean pieces of deep-fried Brazilian pork chops immersed in homemade marinade, sandwiched between two pieces of hand kneaded buns in Singapore. Other specialties on offer include pork chop noodles ($7.90), Macau milk tea ($2.30-$2.80) and trifle pudding topped with cake crumble they call a sawdust cake ($3.50).
