Skip breakfast – Lewin Terrace's executive chef Keisuke Matsumoto whips up five-courses of the restaurant's signature French-Japanese cuisine especially to pair with Junmai Daiginjo bottlings by Heiwa Sake Brewery, Tsukasabotan Sake Brewery, Yamaguchi Sake Brewery and Isojiman Sake Brewery. Leading the lunch ($150) is Japan's fifth Sake Samurai, Mariko Kiyonga, who'll lead diners on the tasting and pairing of the premium labels with their dishes.
