In attendance at this five-course meal is Darren Hosie, Chivas Brothers' regional mentoring manager, and private chef Bala Shetty, who'll rally with the restaurant's Satish Madaan to roll out dishes like mango curry, Peshawari-style lamb kebabs and risotto with cheddar cheese-filled roulade. Royal Salute's 21 and 38 year old labels, as well as Chivas Regal 18 will be served at the event.
